If you really want to grow your company, employee evaluations must be tied to performance. Ideally you want to find and reward supervisors, managers, and foreman that think like the owner. They might be different kinds of people (creative thinkers, analytical thinkers, good-with-their-hands), but ultimately, you need people who make decisions like they own the company.
